In the workspace you can collaborate with your team and manage all your audience activities.

Welcome to your first Stagecast workspace! Simply put, a workspace is automatically created after you sign up the first time. It is where you will collaborate with your team and manage all your activities.

This is what you see the first time when you log in:

New activity

To create your first activity, click "+ Create New". A modal will open where you can now select an activity of your choice. By clicking on the activity you will get directed to a configuration page. Configure your activity with the content and brand you like and when you feel ready just press "Save".

Instantly start an activity

Just press the little Play-Button on the activity card to start your activity. You will notice on the right side that you have a "Presenter View" and a "Participant Mode". In the "Presenter View" you will see the results of the activity and the "Participant Mode" is what your audience will see. You can test your activity by simply pressing on the"Participant Mode" tab.

Invite your audience to participate

On the right-hand side of your Stagecast room, you find the share button. If you hover over the share button, different options to invite your audience appear.

You can share a room link, a four-digit event code or even embed the Stagecast room in your own app or website. All these ways of sharing your room will lead the audience to the same place, which means you can share your room on different channels at the same time and get people to participate from different places. For example, you might show a QR code in a live stream while also sharing the room link in the video description.

Activity functions

Click on the three dots to the right of the activity card to open the menu for different actions such as edit the activity, view specific analytics or reset the activity which will clear the results that were created by the participants. Resetting or deleting an activity is only possible, when the activity is not active. You can simply stop the activity and reset it or delete it
