You can host Stagecast events with up to 20.000 people at the same time. All you have to do is upgrade your event or subscribe to Stagecast πŸš€πŸš€πŸš€

1. How to upgrade single Stagecast events

If you want to upgrade a single event, simply use the β€œupgrade” function inside of the event that you want to upgrade. πŸ˜ŽπŸ™Œ

Now you can choose how many people shall be able to access the event. Choose the maximum number of people at your event in the slider. If more people enter the event code in the Stagcast app, you will not be able to launch Moments.✌️

2. How to upgrade all events and save money


Do you have more than one event coming up? Maybe you are planning a concert tour or you are having regularly events that you host. Then it probably makes sense for you to purchase a Stagecast subscription.  ✌️


To purchase a Stagecast subscription, head over to the β€œupgrade button” inside of an event again.

Now, toggle to the β€œmonthly” header and choose the type of plan that fits your needs best.
There are four different subscriptions:

β€’ The first subscription lets you host unlimited events up 500 people πŸŽ‰

β€’ The second events subscription lets you host unlimited events up to 2.500 people πŸ’ͺ

β€’ The third events subscription lets you host unlimited events up to 5.000 people πŸ‘‘

β€’ And the last and largest subscription lets you host unlimited events up to 20.000 people πŸ‘‘πŸ’ͺπŸŽ‰

You can host unlimited events with up to the maximum number of participants of your subscription. However, you cannot host multiple events simultaneously. For hosting events simultaneously, you need to create another Stagecast account. πŸ‘₯



3. What happens if too many people try to enter the event code?


If more people try to enter the event code than what you have unlocked the event for, you will be unable to launch more Moments. This goes for single-events as well as for your events that you host under your Stagecast subscription. ✌️



4. Can I add up multiple small events to make one large event?

No, you cannot add up events to make a larger event. You always have to upgrade your event for as many people as you expect or more. You can not re-upgrade your event. You will have to pay the full price again. But we will grant you a refund, if you contact support.



5. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

‍

The cancellation period of a subscription is two month. You can cancel your subscription at any point in time. We will stop your subscription two full months after the month in which you have cancelled your subscription. πŸ’Œ

6. How do I upgrade my event if I have more than 20.000 people at my event?

‍

If you host an event or multiple events with more than 20.000 people, please contact support and we will set you up with a unique plan that fits your needs.
