Co-create an event with your crew

1. Adding and Removing Crew Members

Navigate to the Stagecast Event list and hit the β€œAdd/ Remove People” button on the event where you want to invite your colleague. Simple! 😍

Manage your event members by adding their eMail addresses or remove them later with the push of the β€œRemove” button in the crew list. πŸ‘

2. Crew Member Rights


Just like you as the creator and admin of the event, your crew members can edit and duplicate events as well a create, schedule and launch Moments. However, only the admin can delete events. 😊

3. Crew Member eMail Invitation

You always invite your colleagues by adding their eMail address which is linked to their Stagecast account. When you invite your colleagues, they will receive an eMail in their eMail inbox. If they accept the invitation, they will be directed to the Stagecast event on www.stagecast.io. πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰
