What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, American Express and Master Card). For one-time events, we can also send you a direct invoice via email. Please contact support if you want to pay via invoice. 

What happens if I have more visitors than expected?

The Stagecast Moments will reach as many people as you have created the event for. If more visitors are connected to your event, you will not be able to send more Moments to your audience. 

How do I upgrade my account to a professional account?

Log in with your profile on the Stagecast web platform. On any event launchpad you find the “upgrade” button on the top. If you select “monthly” you can upgrade your account to a professional account with unlimited events. For professional accounts, you pay monthly.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged in the instant that you upgrade your event or subscription. If you have purchased a monthly subscription, you will be charged at the beginning of each month. The cancellation period for your subscription is 2 months after the month in which you have cancelled your subscription.

Can I use Stagecast for free?

Absolutely! It will always be free to create events on Stagecast. You can use Stagecast free of charge for up to 20 guests.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

The cancellation period of a subscription is two month. You can cancel your subscription at any point in time. We will stop your subscription two full months after the month in which you have cancelled your subscription. 💌
